Because of the relatively high elevations in this area, it is advisable for you to wear a hat, sunglasses and a sunscreen when outdoors at all times of the year.  During the winter you should dress warmly, with boots and gloves in your wardrobe.  Since the summers are mild, light clothing, including shorts, is in order.
